- Pricing assistance to main contractors building-up tender returns
- Tender stage support to cladding, flooring and roofing specialist trade contractors bidding for trade contract packages
- Detailed facade design work where required
- Scheduling and supply of light gauge steel structural components direct to construction sites
- After sales support such as health and safety documentation or operation and maintenance information
Tailored design services
The service can be tailored to the needs of a specific project. For example, when designing and supplying a large PFI Healthcare project, Kingspan Off-Site may be commissioned to provide a detail design service where every part of the building facade is drawn and scheduled for rapid and accurate construction on site.
For a smaller project, Kingspan may be commissioned simply to provide basic design drawings covering typical structural arrangements with specific detailing and setting-out being dealt with on the construction site itself.
