The Kingspan Metro Building System is a fully integrated structural frame and envelope system providing project bespoke ‘structure and shell’ solutions.
The Kingspan Metro Building System is a ‘warm frame’ system. All external junctions have been specifically designed and thermally analysed. The most critical factor relating to ‘warm systems’ is the temperature factor ‘F’ - the ratio between the internal and external temperatures under steady state conditions. For the Kingspan Metro Building System a minimum value of 0.75 has been used, eliminating the risk of local internal condensation and black mould. ψ (psi) values are available for all construction details.
