Kingspan Metro Building System
The Kingspan Metro Building System is a whole panellised loadbearing building construction method consisting of a range of off-site manufactured unitised 2D panel assemblies, providing cost effective, consistent high quality and fast track on-site assembly.

The system is fully compliant with the appropriate Building regulations, Standards and Codes of Practice.
The System Includes:
- Foundation options – ringbeam, ground bearing slabs, transfer structures (podia) etc.
- Loadbearing panellised structural wall units
- Steel floor/ceiling cassettes and / or concrete composite floors
- Solutions for loadbearing and non-loadbearing internal and compartment walls
- Roof structure and truss systems to support all common roof types
- Components and details for integration of staircases, lift shafts, balconies, brise soleil, etc.
- Tested and approved opening details for windows, doors, louvres, etc.
- Building services integration and routing options
- External facades and roof envelope solutions
- Hot rolled transfer structure design if necessary
The System is Suitable for the Following:
- Height to highest floor 18 metres
- Cross or cellular wall constructions
- Structural grid dimensions - maximum 6200 mm
- Slab-to-slab height dimensions - maximum 3200 mm
