network of specialist Approved Installers across the UK and

Q. Who manages multiple façade requirements
and more than one contractor?
A. The Approved Installer is responsible for site
installation of Kingspan Off-Site façade frame assemblies,
external finishes and all other specific elements under their
contract, eg. windows, doors, etc...
This avoids split responsibility on projects with multiple
façade finishes.
Q. Who buys the product?
A. Only an Approved Installer can purchase and
install the full off-site façade system.
Q. Who is responsible for handling, lifting and
fixing façade panels / assemblies into buildings?

Q. Who handles contractual issues between
interface of panel and façade finish when work is

finishes through specialist constructors within their
package.
This provides the Approved Installer with single contractual
responsibility for any interfaces / junctions on finishes.
