Kingspan Off-Site Architectural Façade Carrier System
Kingspan Architectural Façade Carrier System is suitable for use in steel, concrete or timber framed buildings with façade frame sizes up to 4500 x 9000 mm or 9000 x 4500 mm. The System is suitable for the following façades:
- Conventional Construction Systems:
- brickwork;
- blockwork;
- masonry;
- brick slips; and
- glass reinforced concrete (GRC).
- Render Systems:
- direct insulated render;
- blockwork render; and
- insulated panel render.
- Ventilated Rainscreen Systems:
- terracotta (small, large and specific formats);
- high pressure laminate (HPL);
- ventilated Render;
- hung slate, tile or siding;
- timber (soft or hardwood);
- ceramic granite;
- aluminium;
- zinc cassettes; and
- solar photovoltaics.
- Kingspan Insulated Architectural Façade Panels.
- Dado Wall Systems:

Punch windows: Apertures for off-site installation or on-site installation are provided. - Continuous windows: Site installed within façade frame system or secondary steelwork.
- Floor to ceiling glazing: System detailed and supplied for window integration on-site.
- Curtain wall system: System detailed and supplied for on-site integration
- Doors:
Entrance, personnel and patio: Design Guide includes detailed solutions. - Balconies: Project specific solutions provided.

Construction Details Supplied by Kingspan
Off-Site
Over 600 construction details are available from the Kingspan
Off-Site Design Team, indicating solutions from ‘foundation
to roof’, including intermediate floors, door and window
openings, junctions, corners, etc. These are available in pdf, dxf
or dwg format. Kingspan Off-Site will provide project specific
details where necessary.
System Design
The project design team in conjunction with the Kingspan Off-Site
Design Team designs the System.
After order, the Approved Installer is responsible for final design
and project detailing for manufacture and site
installation.
